HOW IT WORKS:

If you sign up between October 20 -December 14, your first box will ship by Dec. 15th.

If you sign up after December 14th, your first box will ship within 2 business days.

Note: If you purchased the Doing It In the Dark Bedroom Board game during our Pre-Order, and you sign up for the Sexy Subscription, your first box will ship out the beginning of February 2024.

The Quarterly Subscription means you will receive and be charged for a new box every 3 months on an ongoing basis until you elect to cancel.

The Annual Subscription is offered at a discounted rate as a “thank you” for committing to subscribe for a minimum of one year (4 boxes). In addition to that discounted rate, The Dating Divas will also provide a free gift with your first box! You will be charged the discounted rate every 3 months until you cancel. You do not have to pay the full cost of a year upfront- you are just committing to keep your subscription for at least one full year.

Yes! You will be charged every 3 months until you cancel.

You will be emailed a Subscription Welcome Email and in that email there will be a button that you can click to access your customer portal.

In the portal you can update your shipping address, payment method, skip/pause a payment, and retry a payment.

If you would like to reschedule payments or cancel your subscription please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com so that we can assist you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing divas@thedatingdivas.com. There is NEVER a cancellation fee! If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point.

If you subscribed to our Annual Subscription and really don't feel like this subscription is for you after your first box, we can issue a partial refund from your next payment, calculated so that the cost of the box you received is equal to our Quarterly Subscription rate. Please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com so that we can assist you.

Note: the price of your free gift for committing to the Annual Subscription will also be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds for any of the items in the box. We do our best to select items that we think you will absolutely LOVE!

We work really hard to package items so that they survive all of that bumpy transit - however, if you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at divas@thedatingdivas within 10 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right for you!

We may need to ask for pictures of the damage for reporting purposes so please don't throw anything away before contacting us.

The system will automatically attempt to charge your card for a period of 10 days after your renewal. If the transaction does not go through, your subscription will be canceled. Sad face.

Please note: The Dating Divas company is not responsible for any incurred bank or overdraft fees that may be accrued as a result of any renewal charges.
